Meadowbrook Community Center is an oasis for recreation, serving a very diverse section of northeast Seattle, just south of the Lake City neighborhood. The current community center opened its doors inreplacing a much smaller building that was attached to nearby Nathan Hale High School and is now known as Meadowbrook Teen Life Center.
Pools are still experiencing some capacity issues due to staffing shortages in some positions. For the most up to date information, including inclement weather or other program cancellations, please call your pool, or check the Seattle Parks and Recreation Twitter feed, or the pool's Facebook page. We appreciate your patience as we work to rebuild our staff post-pandemic. Each quarter of the year, we offer classes and special events for you and your family. Lesson programs include tot lessons 6 months to 4 years of age , kinder lessons, youth lessons, youth competitive stroke lessons, adult and senior adult lessons, one-to-one lessons, and springboard diving.
