5am club review
At the beginning of this year I started waking up at 5am and doing a workout program first thing in the morning. When I started that, I thought it would be a good idea to read The 5am Club to motivate myself to get up early. After reading The 5am Club I decided to read The Miracle Morning to continue learning more about the benefits of waking up early and spending focused time in the morning on specific activities for increased productivity, happiness and success. These books are very similar in theory—waking up early will change your life, but very different in the writing style and the approach. So I thought it would be good to share a comparison of the two. After publishing his book in , many people have pondered whether they too could elevate their lives and channel the success of world-famous entrepreneurs simply by rising with the rooster. But just how transformative can this early-rising habit be for our physical, intellectual and emotional wellbeing? The Zoella team begrudgingly set about finding out.
Elevate Your Life. I chanced upon this title once when I was looking for easy-read self-help books. Having read several books about productivity, I would say Sharma chose an unusual path to present his ideas — he used a fictional narrative to weave his main points. But once you can look past the annoyingly cheesy storyline and overwhelming pages filled with borrowed quotes , I would say the book does offer substantial theories and methods worth considering. As the book title suggests, unlocking your full potential starts with waking up at 5 a.

Top positive review. M Club. This drivel contains the most rudimentary group of characters that seem as if they were scripted by one of those AI screenplay generators insofar as they have no depth of personality, speak as if they are automatons, and lack even the most remote sense of relatability.
