This is my third apartment complex in the past 3 years, and it is by far my favorite. Management are not only friendly but incredibly responsive. The location of the property relative to downtown Durham and Brightleaf is great. Also, while the rent is not "cheap", relative to other 1 BR, 1 BA apartment complexes in the same Durham area, it is one of the cheaper options. For the most part, I really like living in my apartment complex. It is close to downtown and the university.

People leave their trash piled up I agree every person's tolerance of noise is different but whether the noise affects the person living in the unit is ultimately determined by the tenant. Lantower Bullhouse.

The staff are responsive and ready to fix any problem that we have. The are renovating the building so that is a bit of an annoyance.

I have lived here for a wonderful 2 and a half years and have loved I applied to live here and once I saw the apartment I applied for I decided it was way too small considering the price of rent they asked for.
