Having said that, after tossing and turning for over an hour, JUST as I was about to complain to myself, I remembered I was lying flat while some of my fellow passengers were fighting a 3" incline in economy plus! Coming back in Economy Plus, however, was about the worst experience ever. The proximity to the galley and lavatory area might be bothersome. Also passengers will congregate in and outside the galley forcing passengers from the rows behind you to bump into you as they walk to the lav. I really like this seat. Even the arm rest doesn't appear to be in line with the wall of the plane so it's pretty useless. Seats are probably bad by design - they are narrow of course, but also my thighs seemed to be much higher than my bottom and there was nothing to rest my foot on, so I've felt pain everywhere below waistline after a while and rather spent as much time standing as possible. I am 6'5" so I provide reviews for those who, like me, suffer when others would find the seats perfectly acceptable. Like others, I found the seat to be quite narrow and the fuselage of the aircraft encroached into my seat's headspace. First choice of meals and drinks and good in flight with wifi. The galley noise didnt bother me much, but i kept headphones or earbuds on almost the entire flight even when i wasnt listening to anything. WiFi is buggy. The seat width is a big improvement from the typical coach seats American offers and the additional legroom is more or less on par with what you find in domestic first class at 38 inch pitch. Very disappointed. Wine was super.
