My Knees touched the fwd seat. This seat may have limited recline and the close proximity to the lavatories and galley behind may be bothersome. Avoid these united planes! Seat 20 E has some extra legroom due to the exit row in front, however this seat does not recline due to the exit door behind. Especially the window seat you feel really squished. Avoid this aircraft entirely for flights longer than an hour, or your back will be sore by the time you land. They say 28 inches which is almost uninhabitable anyway - but they feel even less. The seats are very poorly padded and sitting in them over an hour becomes painful. Seat has very limited recline.
