New Homes.
I love Alfredton! It has a great mix of new and old areas within the one suburb. In the older areas you find lovely, wide, leafy streets with larger blocks and an abundance of established family homes. In the newer areas you find many young families and newly weds in their first home. Particularly in "Old Alfredton" you find most of the homes are owner occupied. Alfredton's popularity is not accidental: there's a reason why it has achieved this! Both sections of Alfredton are quite pleasant but traffic in the newer parts can be a problem, particularly in the mornings.
