If pre-Crisis supes is at the height of his power he can destroy the multiverse and Alien X will die. I mean, X by feats is universal tbf. Only things saying otherwise are poor attempts at scaling and guys harassing writers on Twitter to give them statement feats. If alien x tries to destroy the universe, superman would probably just put it back together with brute strength and plot armor. Most definitely not. Earth-2 Sups was pretty rough feats wise, hell even some of the crazier Pre Crisis incarnations were very inconsistent. Jokes aside, I don't agree on them being inconsistent, unlike any other comic book character. Golden age isn't included in pre-crisis version of Superman. Oh no Sups is definitely really inconsistent in Pre Crisis, lol. Guy goes from nearly dying to a city wide missile to withstanding the effects of flying beyond the concept of infinity in the exact next issue. Guy flip flops from showings like that literally all the time in the Sliver Age. Post-crisis Superman is a very powerful foe, so powerful that Way Big and Atomix do not stand a chance. However, Superman is not invincible: There are a few aliens who may be able beat him. These are in no particular order. Most of them could beat Goku, too. Sleep manipulation is not something Superman is immune to. It has not been shown if Gutrot can create kryptonite gas, but its plausible. He may even be able to create special anti-kryptonian gasses.

Don't have the power to respond properly now, but Beyonder is simply not deep when it comes to deep metaphysics powers. Aliex X is not on Thought Robot's level. I think you would need about 60 of them to defeat Thought Robot. That being said, Alien X could still do so many things that Superman stands no chance: Crush him under a mountain of kryptonite, just make his powers stop working for no reason and kick him away, and is strong enough to just kill Superman in a single punch.
