I dont even wanted to give 1 star. Came to consult shivananda pai. Doctor is ok. LOL Please remove her from the job. Or you will lossse people coming to the clinic. Doctors are very good but the reception staff especially the lady who sits in first floor is horrible. She talks and behave to patient like she is the MD of the clinic and also she is very rude. Kindly change her. Many people experienced the same. They dont accept card. I had been to this clinic to contact eye specialist. The doctors are very good and hospitality is good. I am referring everyone to this clinic whoever ask me about eye specialist. Thank you.

The doctor Dr Shivananda Pai made us go through a CT scan which he didn't even bother to see before suggesting medications.
