This year's theme is "Inner Beauty", encouraging artists to draw inspiration from their model's energy and character as they create their art. After the painting session, both the artists and models take a ride on double decker buses through the streets of Manhattan to share the artwork and body-positive message with the city. The amount of work the artist puts into their work and the arduous amount of patience their subject which is their canvas has to have while the process is being done was something I did not realize until I witnessed it myself.
