Craig Doyle has hailed Holly Willoughby as one of the "best" people he has ever worked with. The year-old presenter is one of a handful of hosts to have taken over from Phillip Schofield on the ITV1 daytime show as he joined regular star Holly, 42, on a rotational basis and has now claimed that Phil's former co-host is one of the "greatest of all time" in television.
