In that time I have coached leaders at all levels in English and Spanish. I am comfortable with group and team coaching and I am able to provide feedback on a range of psychometrics and degree surveys. As a Certified Professional Facilitator of the International Association of Facilitators, I have experience in a range of interventions from strategic alliance planning, through to product and service innovation using Innovation Games and on to conference design and moderation. I am the only personal globally to hold both of these designations and have done so for close to ten years. I bring twenty five years plus of business experience to my work as a Master Facilitator. I have worked in more than thirty countries and including 16 plus years in Spain, where I worked in a range of roles in fluent Spanish. I currently work as faculty in executive education at LIMAK in Austria and have previously worked with the Berlin School for Creative leadership in a similar role, as well as the Open University Business School where my focus was marketing, finance and 21st century leadership.

Roberts was the first Antiguan to play Test cricket for the West Indies, thus leading the way for many of his famous countrymen including Viv Richards , Richie Richardson , and Curtly Ambrose. I would really like to be able to reference sources for the models and so if you know of the original sources I would be more than happy to add. Until now the best I have found is the AID model. AID is a simple feedback model that can be used for both positive moments and those that need corrective action. Emphasis is on their actions, not on your interpretation of it. So you are feeding back what you observed or heard, not on their intentions, their personality or their character. Limit the number of actions you comment on a level they can handle — far better to give feedback on one key action that they can digest and build on to make a difference, than ten things which leaves the message diluted and invariably leaves them demotivated.
