Great app, would rate 5 stars but for two things. It's not easy to manually flip through the steps while learning a new knot. Highly recommend. Having offline access to Grog's Knots is a great time saver. Stumbled across the website after being tied of making it up as I went. The app has saved a few camping and fishing moments in a pinch. I always hesitate to purchase apps as they usually end up sitting idle but not this one. I didn't think the app had the description which was upsetting but its in the details from the menu button at the top right.
Not just time saving, but since I use animated knots I did not have to re-tie my laces during the day, it looks very symmetrical, and I regularly have the silly but satisfying experience of people seeing me tie my shoes and say "how did you do that?
