Apple tv app not working on xfinity

Internet connection is strong. Have restarted Xfinity X1 box multiple times and have emptied locally stored app data from Xfinity X1 box. Page content loaded.

My Apple TV 4K has been the center of my entertainment setup for a while because of the number of streaming services that are available. So, I was stuck using the app on my phone or laptop.
