Ashley Ortega is a member of the Settlers leading the construction of the outpost known as Settler's Ridge in Fallout 76 , introduced in the Expeditions: Atlantic City update part one, Boardwalk Paradise. Ashley came from Pennsylvania and grew up in a small town which banded together with other towns to survive after the Great War. There, his father mined coal.
