It was one of the most thoughtful meals I've experienced in Rochester. They're doing something so special that I want to keep it to myself but also shout from the rooftops. Diane and Gerry Brinkman, owners of the Irondequoit neighborhood eatery on North Clinton Avenue, have created a concept unlike anything else in town: a rotating menu featuring dishes from regions around the globe dubbed the "Edible Atlas" dinner series.

I just had their bread pudding. It was so delicious, I wish I had bought them all up! Great food on a regular basis. Definitely should try out their weekend multiple course dinner menus. They choose to do food from a different country or region every week. Atlas Eats is an out of the way treasure in Irondequoit. It was scrumptious divinity. There were tons of flavors and unique dishes inspired by Italy.

It's always a treat to see the chef during service. The smooth, sweet and vaguely tart dessert was an understated yet elegant, grand finale to an unforgettable meal. Relaxing, easy and authentic. From impeccable service to an extraordinary menu, Atlas Eats' delights palates in our own backyard and in a worldly way that I cannot wait to explore further.
