I have been to Atlas a handful of times now, and have always enjoyed the visit. To make things better, the location is convenient and there is plenty of free parking in the casino, atlas steak and fish review. You can also read my first post on their happy hour here. This visit was back during Christmas, when we went with Sangria and Lager to try their tomahawk steak.

I came across Atlas and suggested that we come here and try their happy hour. It ended up being a good decision because the day after, the government announced that all indoor dining was suspended again. Who knows how long I would have had to wait to get my raw oyster fix?! The casino has ample parking and since it is closed due to the pandemic, we had no problem finding parking. The whole building was pretty quiet, even the hotel portion. The hostess at the front was snippy and had a pretentious vibe. Thankfully our server was a lot nicer and not pretentious at all.

The bread is served warm and is the perfect vehicle for the creamy and pungent blue cheese butter. It was a struggle not to eat the entire pan! The presentation of this dish is gorgeous. This was essentially a deconstructed Bruschetta, and it was delicious. I am a huge fan of goat cheese, and I loved the gamy notes in the cheese. The slight sugar crust on top was a great addition. I love oysters and this preparation was luxurious and rich. The bearnaise sauce was smooth and velvety in texture and went wonderfully with the fresh oysters. The pasta was evenly coated and the clams were fresh. It was a large portion, and can definitely be eaten as an entree. The bread crumbs added a nice textural contrast to the soft clams and pasta. The Cioppino had an abundance of fresh and delicious seafood. The stand out for me was the black tiger prawns as they were large and succulent.
