On another occasion, Iqbal made comments of a 'sexual and unwanted nature' to person A about a patient whom he said flirted with him during a breast examination, the HCCC found. Iqbal was also found to have repeatedly asked person A out on dates, bought her chocolates and food, and offered her lifts home 'to enhance his chances of having a sexual relationship'.
