On both flights, I enjoyed having power outlets, and personal TV's unlike United's Seat 27 B is an Economy Plus Exit Row seat, however the close proximity to the lavatories and galley may be bothersome as people tend to congregate in this area. I have had my issues with AA in the past but this is a great value option - I wouldn't spend a fortune on Business across the pond but this is a really good option I think. United flies 2 versions of Boeing Shame on United for this callous and cynical way to treat its passengers. However, sleeping is not a problem with no noticeable restrictions. This is a magnificent plane, my first time on a dreamliner. United's business class pales against any Asian or Middle Eastern carrier. The rest of the flight was unremarkable. What suffers? Seat 1 L is a standard Business Class seat located at a bulkhead that transforms into a fully flat bed. This sea does have extra legroom however the flight attendants will be bumping into you to open the curtain that is separating business first. UA service and food quality are budget Airline standard which is a well known fact so no need complaining, best advice when travelling economy is eat before you board, bring your own drinks and then all you have to do is watch the good selection of movies and get some sleep if you can. Seat 12 D is a standard Economy Class seat. Seat 16 D is a standard Economy Class seat. It's forward facing and is further away from 4D than the backward facing seats.
