Today, a butcher counter doubles as a breakfast and lunch spot, offering charcuterie, sausages, and sandwiches built around premium cuts.

What can you say about one of miami's best butcher's and sandwich shops. The owners and staff are fantastic and the food speaks fit itself. From burgers, to exceptional hotdog and Montreal smoked meat sandwich and Cookies and don't sleep on the pork rinds. January Babe's provides great customer service! They happily answer all of your questions. Bought a Porchetta for the holidays and it was a big hit. My only other feedback is they are a bit on the expensive side. So crunchy and lots of value in the huge bag you get. The rubenized smoked meat was good, maybe just too thick a bread for me. The place is tiny and there are just a couple of tables outside.
