My sweet Gracie looked wonderful when I picked her up and she was very happy. Gracie went from unruling fur to beautiful and soft. Thank you to the groomers! I got my dog in January and signed her up right away because I was told she needed to get spayed right away. Well it is the end of April and she is on a waiting list with no date in sight.

Any time I try to call, no one answers the phone. Last time I tried to make an appointment, they told me all they had were walk ins on that day. I overheard the woman checking out beside me make an actual appointment on the same day. So I asked the woman who was checking me out why that would be. She seemed annoyed and asked if I needed to make an actual appointment. I had to reschedule this appointment as it no longer fit into my schedule. When I spoke to the employee on the phone, she seemed Terrible service.

What a great staff and facility, including "the farm" where the dogs, who are in daycare or boarding, are taken to run and play in the fresh air.
