BARCC has helped thousands of survivors and their friends and families get the help and information they need to begin healing. We can help you, too. In addition to the services we provide through our offices, we can help you identify resources in your communities or at your school as well as online. BARCC can assist you in working with your local resources—including police, hospitals, legal services, and campus offices—and advocating on your behalf. For example, it is important that you understand your rights before reporting to the police. Don't miss our video workshop series that explores self-care, coping, and connection for survivors as we navigate the COVID public health crisis. The series also includes a variety of shorter exercises that can be used on their own or together with the longer sessions.
