Charles "Chuck" Irving Bartowski is the bartowski of the television series, Chuck.

Their father, a genius, was described as being constantly preoccupied; their mother disappeared from their lives when Chuck was 9 and Ellie was When Ellie was 19 and Chuck 16, their father fell out of their lives as well, and Ellie finished raising Chuck. As a result, the siblings developed a very close, supportive, and loving relationship, learning to depend on one another since there was no one else.
