She is promopt at responding to requests for jobs to be done to our scheme and always follows up any concerns we have with any tradesmen she sends to fix a job. She has over 50 schemes to deal with but always gives you the impression that you're the only one on her books as she always gives you the time to go over any issues you may have and offers constructive solutions to them.
