We always book our hotel in Birch Run and we were a little confused whether it actually was Best Western or Magnuson Hotel. I asked the lady at the front counter and she did tell us, that Magnuson was not part of Best Western. We had a great stay, everything was clean and the room was nice. If and when we go again, we will definitely book at Magnuson. We had the honeymoon whirlpool suite. The bed was comfortable and the hot tub was awesome. Our babysitter backed out last minute so we brought our toddler, who greatly enjoyed the whirlpool room. The hotel had a pack and play for her to sleep in. Kim was our waitress and she was very friendly. I wish we had a later checkout time than 11, our child really loved the tub and didn't want to leave. We found everything in the room very worn and only the bare essentials were supplied. The AC was too noisy to sleep comfortably, there was no guide for the TV, also there was road noise that was very annoying.
