This list would have been out last year or early this year, but my travel plans spoilt the fun. So, I took it upon me, to visit as many films as possible from the last decade, and compile the 50 Hindi Films that I personally loved a lot. Both are brilliant films in their own way and explore very unusual themes, hardly seen in a mainstream Indian film. Filled with humour and some genuine heartfelt moments, Filmistaan boasted of some really good performances from Sharib Hashmi and Inaamulhaq. A small film with a big heart of Gold. Everytime I watch Rockstar, I discover something new. A revenge saga spanning decades and cutting across generations, Anurag Kashyap in this epic film, leaves no stone unturned in making this film.
