At Standup Boxing kids take part in training that is designed to develop strong, athletic, and motivational skills that your kids will carry with them throughout their lifetime. On top of this, they also train to further enhance physical attributes such as balance, coordination, agility, correct stance, self defence, boxing skills, and sportsmanship. Advanced classes are a full contact class. Advanced classes are to put into action the skills learned in all level classes and other classes All participants are required to have mouth guards head gear and 16 oz gloves.
