It is comprised of the classic green tunic, hat, and boots that Link has almost always been seen wearing - but with a new woodland twist on the design. This armor set is incredibly hard to obtain - as you will only be able to get it once you have completed all Shrines in the game. After completing every shrine, you will be invited to a new area to receive a gift from all the monks that have tested you with their trials. Equipping all three of the armor pieces when upgraded twice will grant you a unique bonus: Master Sword Beam Up - which will let you fling blasts of energy from the Master Sword much farther when at full health than ever before. Wearing these three items together does trigger a set bonus Master Sword Beam Up. Each item can be upgraded at Great Fairy Fountains. All Interactive Maps and Locations.

We made a hoverbike using two fans and a steering device and just carefully floated up to the top, taking breaks at lightroots along the way. Technically speaking , the Rito Village Chasm is closer to the treasure chest, yes, but that chasm leads you to a closed off area. Despite the fact that we had this entire part of the map illuminated, it was still pretty dark in this corner, so you may need to use brightblooms to light the way. That said, you need some form of flame resistance in order to traverse this area, or Link will literally catch on fire from the boiling heat. This can be obtained via an elixir or armor set. I spent a lot of time acquiring all of the extras in the game. I wanted to get everything it had to offer. So I scanned amiibo, bought the DLC, and went about my merry way to hunt everything down. This only covers complete armors and not the one-offs like the Switch shirt or any of the masks. So here we go:. Not really an armor set, but this is how you start the game so why not start the list off with this? I was not a fan of Phantom Hourglass and not a fan of this armor.
A proper RPG-like armor system being added into The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild was something of a surprise, but given how much the game adjusts the existing Zelda formula perhaps we shouldn't be so surprised! There's quite a lot of armor in the game, and while they all share the same basic base stats with only minor variations, many have unique bonus effects. These bonus effects are not to be underestimated - the sheer difference having a full set of Zora armor makes to swimming or the climbing gear in full makes to your climb speed has to be seen to be believed. If you're playing Breath of the Wild smart, you'll be swapping gear often. Every piece of armor in Breath of the Wild starts with the same basic set of stats in a very small range, as you'll see below. Not accounted for below is how that every single Armor Set in the game can be upgraded - and upgrading them twice or more will give you access to their unique set bonuses. To upgrade armor, you simply need to track down the Great Fairy Fountains and awaken the Great Fairies there - then they'll offer to upgrade your gear for you. Don't forget, too, that you can dye your armor into more unique colors at the dye shop in Hateno Town. Below you'll find a list of every armor in the game Amiibo Armor excluded, but we have a dedicated page on Amiibo Bonuses as well as where you can find them. This way you can decide which is the best armor for you.
