Sometimes it's 5 star and sometimes it's only 1 star This review is simply on a low rating as the help I needed was rather very bad in the performance 3 times I went to the Helpdesk to get someone to help me with the parts I needed Then someone arrived and we went together to sort out what I need, there this female jumped at him and ask where she can get that and worse he started to serve here ignoring me Well done young man not very well educated by Bunnings! I left the shop and went to Mitre 10 where I been looked after As bigger the organisation gets as less interest to the individual We all should not go to Bunnings! Well l went on Saturday to buy some garden products, and the lady that serviced me and my friend was very rude to us ; leave the plants in the trolley…. To scan. Bad customer service at least be nice and pleasant please……. I bought a large bag of potting soil 25 kgs and a very lovely girl put it in my car for me. I was so thankful to her. I've always received excellent service at Bunnings.
