Canteen uses organic bread and free-range eggs in all their dishes and offers a great range of house-baked muffins, cakes and slices. Our favourites are the breakfast burger, crispy smoked bacon, fried egg, swiss cheese, aioli, tomato chilli jam, hash browns, farm leaves and fries. Smoked salmon benny, Tasmanian smoked salmon, poached eggs, hollandaise, pomegranate, and baby spinach on organic sourdough.
