So please excuse my absence over the past month or so! I skipped out on Top Yatch Metallic Champagne as I already have plenty of champagne cream shadows in my stash. I love that no brush is needed to apply them. The warmth of our fingers actually warm up and melt the products so it blends better on the lids. However, I find Pot of Gold to be incredibly flakey. While I was putting it on, I literally had gold flakes crumble down on to my cheeks. I never use eye primer on a daily basis time constraints, lol momlife and these lasted for about hours on its own no other eyeshadow on top, or under before it showed signs of fading.

Sometime last year tarte released their Chrome Paint Shadow Pots and I was instantly smitten with the shade Fire Dancer that deep metallic burgundy-red you see on the left. And then also… suddenly nervous. These Chrome Paints are no exception, but once you see how the colours play out, you may want to dive in headfirst and play around with them too! Each pot contains 3 grams 0. These were swatched as per usual with a cotton bud, but the brand does indicate these work best with your fingertip in order to melt the product into your skin. If you apply them dry, you end up with a few chunks as you can see above that need a bit of smoothing out. Top Yacht is unbelievably reflective.
