To complete the first quest, head to the Ski Village and sit on the podium in the bottom right corner and click on the camera to complete the quest and get the Step Right Up Background. Once you do this, the Snow Cone Pin will come out. To complete the third quest, head to the Iceberg and walk around in the ball pit. You must let the wheel complete one full turn to complete the quest.
