The Coles name will disappear from hundreds of service stations across Australia as the chain's new owner replaces them with a new brand. Australian energy company Viva acquired the Coles Coles petrol station brand in and will gradually replace Coles Express with their new brand, Reddy Express. Coles Express will be removed from sites and gradually replaced over the next three years. The acquisition creates the largest single branded Australian fuel and convenience network under a single retail operator, coles petrol station.

Coles Express is an Australian chain of convenience stores at Shell Australia petrol stations. The business venture and corresponding fuel discount offer was launched by Coles Myer predecessor of Coles Group in July in response to the similar offer by rival Woolworths some years earlier, proving attractive to shoppers. As of , approximately independently franchised Shell service stations remain unassociated with Coles Express where the fuel discount offer is not accepted.
