Back to College Way Surgery. Displaying 1 to 3 of 3. I called the practice at The receptionist was very helpful and I was offered an appointment at I am super happy with this practice. Report as unsuitable. I understand that receptionists are surgery front-liners, but good manners and a certain level of intelligence aren't that much to ask. After hospital surgery I rang the surgery for advice as per hospital instructions and spoke to a lovely doctor who was clearly young and newly qualified. She very honestly said she didn't have experience in the field but did her best. A couple of weeks later I had to call again and this time asked if it was possible to speak to one of the more experienced doctors.
