My young nephew and I decided to play a last minute round on our way back to Denver from Vail. The day started cold but warmed up to be a perfect golf day. Due to construction, the course only had 14 of the 18 holes open but it was the perfect amount of golf for us that day. The course has a good mix of hole layouts from Mountain and to Valley holes. They could use new carts, ours was a bit clunky. Nice course in good shape. Nice mix of holes and challenging for all skill levels. Reasonable price. I have played Copper Creek many times over the years including tournament play. Pace of play was for 14 holes which is outstanding for Summit County resort courses. Summit courses often range - 6 hours.
