Our goal is to provide help and support to people living in Clackmannanshire who want advice on running or starting any type of charitable, social enterprise or voluntary group, as well as volunteering and community work. We act as a one-stop-shop for all issues related to community development, governance, funding advice, health and social care information and volunteering. CTSI also acts as a strategic voice of the third sector at community planning partnership meetings and on the Health and Social Care Integration Joint Board, to ensure representation for member organisations is informed and valued. We also offer other services to the third sector, including e-bulletins, an annual conference, events and relevant training. CTSI also provides office space for occasional meetings, interviews and staff training, and other supportive business services. The new Framework allows TSIs to develop their own local strategic plans around the key areas of work and within a set of six outcome framework areas. Using the new TSI Outcomes Framework, along with other key local and national strategic plans, CTSI has been working with its members to develop a new strategic plan that reflects key local areas of development and importance. The plan was launched at the AGM in November and will run for three years.
