It's worth noting that it's better to have a suture needle above a needle and thread. Suture needles cause less pain than needles and threads and have a higher successful wound treatment rate.

If that's fun for you just go max speed with a car into a tree regenerate and once you break all bones rinse and repeat there's even a chance for a deep wound! I actually like the idea of risking some other unexpected wounds like a tiny chance to inflict a laceration while crafting something with low skill or even break a bone when disassembling something and "fail" or a bleeding cut to the hand when using a knife. But zombies? Abnormally strong bite?
