This year were continuing our theme of classic Birmingham icons.

Mark was inspired by the TV Show Mad Men, as Don Draper rode a classic bike in a suit, from there the idea transformed into a themed bike ride. The DGR is a great way of connecting niche motorcycle enthusiasts and communities while raising funds to support the men in our lives. While the event encompasses classic and vintage style, it also welcomes niche custom motorcycle styles such as cafe racers, choppers, scramblers, and more. The ride provides an outline of dress and behaviour, suggesting riders wear dapper clothing, silk vests, tweed suits and behave courteously, donning not only classic style, but classic manners. All riders are encouraged to raise funds for prostate cancer research and men's mental health programs on behalf of charity partner the Movember Foundation.

Our inaugural event started in Sydney and quickly made its way around the world with thousands of dapper folks riding in solidarity to positively represent the global motorcycling community. Participant numbers sky-rocketed, and DGR began to spread even further.
