Purchased some refurbished tools from them that looked brand new. Other than being perhaps a little slow in shipping I've had nothing but good experiences with Direct Tools Outlet. They will not support their products more than 7 days after receipt of the shipment. So if you receive the package and wait a few days to try the product and it doesn't work you are out of luck! They offer no support at all. I received a chainsaw and I didn't use it for a couple of weeks.
