Joined: Nov BlueLou OP. I remember being able to teleport allies back when I had the gloves of teleportation but is the teleport skill different? Not sure if this is a bug or intentional. You should be able to teleport an ally, as long as they don't have a status to prevent that after Fortify is cast on them, etc. If you give Fane the teleporter gloves though it doesn't sound like you still have them , can he teleport your main character? Can you select a character using the portraits and then select a destination somewhere on open ground? Can you teleport a crate or barrel, etc, or do you have any problem teleporting opponents in combat? If you are playing on PC: If your are using the keyboard UI, do you have a controller you can test with?

Gawin is found in the western part of Fort Joy ghetto and he will immediately approach the Godwoken proposing a collaboration to escape Fort Joy. He will then give instruction to retrieve the Gloves of Teleportation , which are necessary for proceding with his plan. From there, head west towards the beach and then north until reaching the Saltwater Crocodiles ' nest. The beasts are hostile and will immediately attack the Godwoken as soon as on sight. After slaughtering them, retrieve the gloves for their corpses, equip them and return back to Gawin, which will then ask to follow him to the Hidden Alcove. There he will give precise instructions on how to proceed with the Teleportation spell.

Step one of this quest is found in Fort Joy. Agree to go on his adventure and he will ask you to get a teleportation item. You can find the item further West, on a beach with some level 3 Crocodile enemies. Kill them, then loot the area to find it. Return to him and he will mark a new area for you to go. The area is North of town, in the same spot where you find Fane. Head there and follow him in. First he will ask you to teleport him to the small ledge behind him. Don't send him to the beach, he means the grey rock just a few feet below him. He will then teleport the person wearing the ring with him.

Teleportation allows the user to move objects inanimate or otherwise from one location to another and can be vital in retrieving objects that cannot be reached in any other way. Teleporting individuals and objects damages that which is moved, depending on the aerotheurge skill of the caster, and this damage can be blocked by Physical armor. Note, the caster cannot teleport themself.

If you put a bunch of single grenades on the floor and teleport a npc over them the grenades will explode and do tons of damage. If you teleport him down to the beach instead of to the cliff across from you, he'll be dead in Kniles' room instead of at the docks.
