In following the tutorial. I ran into the exact same problem while trying to replicate your issue. I don't know, it just did. Actually, I'm getting the same issue. Re-created all the files using the tutorial and checked all the names and still the same problem. Attached is a screen shot of the files showing the naming to be correct:.
