He was a former Celestial Dragon who gave up his title due to his desire of wanting doflamingo father live amongst the masses and the father of both Donquixote Doflamingo and Donquixote Rosinante, doflamingo father. Homing was killed by his eldest son, Doflamingo, out of his hatred towards him due to causing their family to live in misery.

He should have known the Tenryuubido were despised and were targets. Yet he left Marijouis to live a normal life. It resulted in his mother dying and himself, his father, and his brother being tortured by angry people, despite the fact that they were all innocent. He killed his stupid father and swore revenge on the world. The people who scorned and attacked him, the Tenryuubido for ignoring his father's pleas of help, and the Marines for protecting the Tenryuubido. I think he was justified.
