Has anyone else had problems with DP returns? The site won't accept my return request as it's over 14 days since I placed the order except that it took 12 days to arrive! The contact number has a recorded message saying they aren't taking calls and emails are being ignored. The customer contact form is useless as you can't even enter in your contact details. I'm now stuck with a load of stuff I don't want. That's what it says in the small print but it's useless as the system only counts the order from date of purchase.
