The report was in relation to a clash a neighbour had with Aydin on Saturday night after confronting him over his late-night use of the garden hose. The incident was not the first run-in nearby residents had experienced with the couple since they moved into the property about four-and-a-half months ago. The couple's landlord was in the process of evicting them because they stopped paying rent four weeks after moving in. Sources said the landlord was seeking advice from the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and was recently forced to call police to gain entry to the property because he could not get into contact with the couple. According to one source, Davila's mother Mary initially leased the property, which was advertised for rent on Facebook Marketplace. However, she moved out about two months ago. Daily Mail Australia does not suggest she was aware the rent was not being paid. The revelation about the Thebarton property comes after Daily Mail Australia revealed on Wednesday that the couple were kicked out of a separate rental in August for failing to pay rent.
