There is some issue with it and I didn't receive expected benefits for having subscription. Do you only see this bug when you have cross-play activated? No Which mode has this happened in? What What happens when the bug occurs? What What should be happening instead? As I already mentioned in the title, this is the issue that I have. I didnt get the XP boost last season either.

Never had a problem before. Anyone had this problem? Does anyone have a contact with EA Play help? Tried tweeting them several times but had no reply. Please can you tell me why? I have bought ea play but not received my xp it would be a massive thank you if you send me my xp. I have not received any xp for buying ea play I have had ea play for 5 days and not received anything. June - last edited June. I just bought ea play for the webapp for 1 month, i have also checked on my account the subscription is active.

Can you please fix this as currently I have not received something which I have paid for. Bought ea play about 2 or 3 weeks ago and still yet to have any xp from it anyone else had this issue? Same, I have this issue, contacted multiple support agents from EA. But none of them helped me, all they do is send some bot replies. Saying team is working on the fix soon will get resolved. Buit knowing EA they will atleast weeks to get it done. Thank you EA for one more mess up.
