Eacvi 2023
We hope you walked away with some valuable clinical eacvi 2023 and had an opportunity to collaborate with colleagues and Philips experts in the hands-on tutorial sessions, eacvi 2023. The journey towards the future of cardiology doesn't stop here! We look forward to seeing you at the European Society of Cardiology Congress in Amsterdam from August 25 to 28 for an informative and exciting event program - including hands-on!
Discover the scientific programme. This is the flagship congress on cardiovascular imaging, bringing together beginners and experts of all CVI techniques: echocardiography, cardiovascular magnetic resonance, nuclear cardiology and cardiac computed tomography. Study the TOE anatomy relevant for structural interventions and pick up practical tips and tricks for optimising TOE imaging for patient selection and intraprocedural guidance. Book your slot now. Three dedicated classrooms will be available, the programmes are now available. Nuclear Cardiology sessions will also be organised to explain how to approach the analysis of common nuclear cases. We're excited that all abstracts and clinical cases will be presented onsite in Barcelona and available all year long on ESC , the cardiology knowledge hub.

Therefore, we have created one congress for this very purpose — the first patient-focused and unified multi-modality EACVI , from 10 to 12 May, in Barcelona, Spain. The new EACVI , onsite and in person, will be the flagship congress on cardiovascular imaging, , bringing together beginners and experts of all CVI techniques: echocardiography, cardiovascular magnetic resonance, nuclear cardiology and cardiac computed tomography. This three-day event will be an exciting opportunity for all attendees to experience the cutting edge of imaging and learn about the very latest, and upcoming, technologies. As an attendee you will be able to build bridges with other modality experts, deepen your knowledge of your own technique, and broaden your comprehension of multimodality imaging. A multi-modality patient-centered track will be the focus of this congress. After EACVI , you will have a better understanding of how information from different techniques can be combined to provide a more comprehensive picture. We are getting ready for the future — the future of the EACVI but also the improved future of our patients — and will map out how multi-modality imaging can be used from early diagnosis to patient management and outcomes. During EACVI , there will be sessions on multimodality guidelines and practical discussions on how to set up multi-modalities within imaging departments and hospitals. For each technique, there will be advanced sessions to expand your experience on modalities you are less familiar with. If you would like to take the first step in learning a new modality before attending the congress, the EACVI will offer level 1 certification from September, online and all year long. This certification will cover the basic knowledge in each imaging modality. The Scientific Programme is being developed to appeal to junior imagers, experts, and everyone in between. Come ready to learn and go home with more knowledge, better skills and a recharged enthusiasm.
More events. At Philips, we are ready to support you in joining the dots and putting these strategies into practice, with our comprehensive echocardiography workflow suite. Oxford Eacvi 2023 Press is a department of the University of Oxford, eacvi 2023.
Covering imaging techniques essential for the diagnosis and management of cardiovascular disease including echocardiography, cardiovascular magnetic resonance CMR , nuclear cardiology and cardiac computed tomography CT. Explore the scientific programme. Novel research will be presented in the late breaking science presentations and hundreds of scientific abstracts. Scientific sessions will showcase cutting-edge information on the use of cardiac imaging and explore new and upcoming technologies. This may help to reduce waiting times and identify which patients need consultations with cardiologists. In addition, it could be a solution for low- and middle-income countries where cardiac facilities are not easily accessible to the whole population.

Led by Editor-in-Chief Alessia Gimelli, its mission is to image an open world, where experts share their latest results, knowledge and experience to improve patient care. The journal welcomes papers on a wide range of topics related to cardiac imaging and imaging technology, including all major imaging techniques, as well as technological innovations: artificial intelligence, cardiac computed tomography, cardiac magnetic resonance, echocardiography, health economics, imaging in congenital heart disease, invasive cardiac imaging, multimodality imaging, and nuclear cardiology. Discover author guidelines Visit the submission site. The journal aims to publish the highest quality material, both scientific and clinical, from all areas of cardiovascular imaging including echocardiography, magnetic resonance, computed tomography, nuclear and invasive imaging. A range of article types will be considered, including original research, reviews, editorials, image focus, letters and recommendation papers from relevant groups of the European Society of Cardiology. Authors wishing to submit to EHJ-CI should refer to the instructions to authors and submit papers through the online submission system. Register now. Since its clinical introduction almost 20 years ago, cardiac CT has been embraced as an indispensable noninvasive cardiac imaging modality and an important first-line test for coronary artery disease. Beyond coronary artery disease, the potential of cardiac CT has become evident for diagnosis and guidance of treatment in a variety of other cardiac pathologies, including valvular disease, atrial fibrillation and other arrhythmias, endocarditis, cardiac masses, cardiomyopathies, and others.
