After getting on top of the wheel, sprint-leap across to the extended section of the ledge ahead. Run past the hostile Abductor Virgin and into the open doorway in the west. Go down the stairwell, turn right, and head straight for the chamber with the fireplace in the distance, avoiding the crawling Albinaurics along the way.
