I to have been a long time Elliots customer off and on. I quit going for a while years ago because it seemed to be going down hill a bit and I heard it was closing. Well it didn't and the current manager I think her name is Susie has been there awhile and a gem of a find as the store is consistent on good customer service and because I see a pretty good turn over of front end employees I am guessing she runs a pretty tight ship.
