The folder can spawn in four different areas of the railcar, three of which are underneath or against the side of the box and brick pallets inside the car. The fourth spawn is behind a set of candles and a bucket on a section of blue tarp. The Dorm Room Key has a low chance of also spawning inside the railcar, near a dirty sleeping bag and discarded clothing. If the Dorm Key does not spawn inside the railcar, it can be found within the Customs map by looting the surrounding environment.
Like all collection based tasks with quest specific items, you will need to extract safely from the raid in which you pick the information up, and then immediately hand it over to Skier to complete the quest. This quest item can only be found if the quest is active.
