The End is a trap Level made to trick unsuspecting wanderers into thinking they have escaped the backrooms. The level is presumably a "web" created by its only Entity. The Level resembles an abandoned library with no books on its shelves. There is also a Computer in the center desk in the Level. Once you first spawn in, there is no obvious exit, making you feel like this actually is The End. But the exit can only be opened up after you do something first. Go around the Level and collect Tapes you will find on Book Shelfs. You can turn on the Computer to see how many Tapes you have to collect as well. Collect 24 Tapes 32 if you have 2 Players, or 48 if you have 3 or 4 and go up to the Computer on the center desk and turn it back on. Then, wait a couple seconds, and a portal will appear. Enter this Portal, and you will find yourself in Level
Level 9 - "Darkened Suburbs". Then, wait a couple seconds, and a portal will appear. Once you spawn, you will be in a ballpit, that is connected to the main room.
