Excellent restaurant. Advised when I was booking that my daughter was coeliac. Was provided consistent information from all servers and every dish was clarified to us that it was gf. Almost whole menu was available. Perfect for special occasions. We went for my husbands birthday and he absolutely loved it. It was his first time having sushi since he has been diagnosed.

The food at Etsu is second to none, with a large variety of Japanese inspired food, one of a kind on the Gold Coast. There are 3 parts to the menu and indeed the kitchen with the raw bar sushi , the main kitchen and the robarta a specific Japanese grill. Most of the food is served with the assumption of sharing with small plates and many options to try. We personally recommend five, but you know yourselves how hungry or in our case tempted we might be.
